Most things go to the same inbox. Below are the specialist addresses if your question fits one of them — you'll get a faster reply. Average reply time is under 24 hours on business days. For an urgent issue during a live race, put [LIVE] in the subject line and we'll prioritise.
The Windows Connector reads iRacing, Assetto Corsa and Le Mans Ultimate — it auto-detects whichever is running, so you don't pick a sim by hand. iRacing and Le Mans Ultimate expose the full grid, so the broadcaster and race engineer can call traffic and opponents; Assetto Corsa shares only your own car, so on AC the coach and engineer-on-you run in full while the opponent-aware calls are limited. More sims are rolling out.
Three checks, in order:
RealRacer.ai-Connector.exe to the allow list.Still stuck? Email support with a screenshot of the Connector window and we'll usually spot it in one round.
Open the Connector, click Audio, and confirm your output device. The Connector defaults to the system default device, which can be wrong if you've recently swapped headsets.
If the device is correct and there's still no audio, check the Voice tier on your dashboard — some sessions (test drive) silence broadcaster + engineer by design and only the coach speaks.
Re-download from your dashboard at realracer.ai/dashboard → Download Connector. The version number is shown on the download card; install over the existing version.
Two checks:
The app auto-discovers any RaceBox / RaceBox Mini in range. If you have multiple, you'll be asked to pick one.
To detect when you cross the start/finish line and identify the track you're at. We don't share your location with anyone, and we don't keep it beyond the current session.
See the Privacy Policy § What we collect for the full breakdown.
Yes. The phone's own GPS + IMU work fine at most circuits. RaceBox / RaceBox Mini give you 25 Hz precision instead of the phone's 1 Hz, which matters for sub-tenth corner deltas but isn't required.
Dashboard → Account → Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal. You can change plan, update your card, or cancel from there. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
We offer a 14-day refund on any new subscription, no questions asked. Email support@realracer.ai with the email address on your account.
After 14 days, refunds are case-by-case — we look at usage and the situation.
Dashboard → Bound PCs lists each PC that's connected. Hit Unbind next to the wrong one; the next time you launch the Connector on the right PC, it'll claim the slot.
Log in page → "Forgot password" sends a reset link to the email on your account. If the email never arrives, check spam, and if it's still missing, email us — we can issue a reset manually.
If RealRacer.ai is down or degraded, we'll post on @realracer_ai and email all active subscribers. We don't run a third-party status page yet — the audience is small enough that direct notification is faster.
We're a small team that races. Email us and you'll hear back from someone who actually uses the product — usually within one business day.
