Built by a racing driver, for racing drivers.
RealRacer.ai is one AI coaching engine across both worlds you drive in — a four-voice race team inside iRacing, Assetto Corsa and Le Mans Ultimate, and the same coaching brain in your ear at a real circuit. One coach. Two worlds. No hardware required.
The mission
Motorsport is the hardest sport in the world to break into. Talent isn't the bottleneck — access is. A seat, a coach and the data to improve have always sat behind budgets most drivers never get near.
We're building the open, AI-powered successor to programs like GT Academy: a path where anyone with an internet connection can be coached like a pro, have their pace measured fairly, and be discovered on merit. The same engine that calls and coaches your iRacing session meets you at the real track — and the bridge runs both ways.
Why a racing driver built this
RealRacer.ai was founded by a licensed racing driver who has lived both sides of the bridge — the sim rig and the real grid — and knew the feedback that actually makes a driver faster was missing for almost everyone who couldn't afford a human coach. So we built it: specific, per-corner coaching grounded in real telemetry, in a voice you can trust because it comes from someone with skin in the sport.
Where we're going
The product is the start. The platform is a place where the sport opens up.
Sim + real, one engine
Your iRacing weaknesses brief you before a real session; your real-track laps come back as a ghost to race in the sim.
Pro driver voices
A marketplace of real racing-driver voices — so the drivers who built the craft earn from coaching the next generation.
Talent discovery
Continuous, data-driven surfacing of the fast and the fast-improving — solving motorsport's access problem on merit.
Pathways into the sport
Working toward partnerships with motorsport bodies so progress on the platform can mean something real.
Coaching and in-session voices are AI-generated and may contain errors — always use your own judgement. Our circuit coaching is for closed-circuit and track-day use only; never use it on public roads.
